Posture boards are placed on top of the handcrafted wood slats with center supports to accommodate both box spring and mattress combinations.

Wormy Maple - A type of hardwood that is characterised by wormholes and colour variations/mineral streaks that are caused by the Ambrosia beetle. This wood is highly sought after for its unique rustic appearance and strength. There are no two boards alike in this beautiful and popular wood, with its light brown colour with wavy grain patterns.

Brown Maple - This light to medium brown maple has a subtle grain pattern which is both durable and versatile for wood furniture.

Red Oak - This hardwood is a popular choice due to its durability and distinctive grain pattern. The medium reddish brown colour adds warmth and character to any piece of furniture.
