We make shipping as convenient as possible.


We now offer free shipping to all provinces of Canada over $500!

If you are in the US, to get a quote for shipping price on our website - select the products and continue to checkout.  Enter your address and prior to any payment it will show you the shipping costs. 

We strive to keep our shipping as easy as possible for you, which is not easy to organize all the time. We have several factories across Ontario, so sometime if you have multiple products in your order, the different kinds of products may ship at different times. We will try our best to set up only one single delivery appointment for you.

When you order with us, we pay our shipping couriers to arrange a delivery appointment with you, if your order contains large items. So they will never just come by and drop off your order, they'll make sure you're present and available to deliver at a time that works for you!

We offer FREE delivery, but if you want to pickup, you can save on most of our items by picking up at the factory in Dundalk, Ontario. Contact us for your pickup rate by sending a screenshot of your cart to  Typically you can save about 10%


We often use our own truck for close deliveries within 2-4 hours of Toronto.  For further deliveries in Ontario and across Canada we outsource the delivery to various other companies.  The shipping is generally curbside delivery unless otherwise stated.

Q:  When can I expect my order?

A: For Canadian made furniture, we only make your products when the order is placed so it generally takes 4-6 weeks. Occasionally times may get longer during holidays and peak season. We're currently on a 6-8 week schedule. For other products that are not listed, please contact us for an estimated shipping period


Q: Will you ship to my cottage?

A: Absolutely.  We will deliver directly to your cottage, chalet, or home. We cannot ship to boat access only homes, but will ship to your closest marina in that case. If you have limitations like a bridge with a max weight or narrow street, please notify us so that we can pass that info to the shipping companies. 


Q: Will all my products arrive together?

A: We strive to have all your products arrive together but if they do not arrive together you will not be charged any further shipping.


Q: Does someone need to be home for the delivery?

A: For most products the answer is YES.  If you are not home, we need to know ahead of time and will confirm with shipping company.


Q: Do you setup the furniture?

A: The price of delivery is curbside delivery.  We can deliver in your home and setup (Ontario) for an extra charge. Most furniture does not require assembly.



We ship a variety of products, but most of the information below is in regards to shipping furniture and decor.

Inspect all items for damages.                                                                  
If there are any damages, please note these on the delivery receipt (sometimes called a bill of lading) and not not accept the delivery if product looks damaged.     
Call or email our customer service department immediately upon discovery of damage.           
If there are any problems with your delivery, whether an item is damaged or you are missing items please call  or email our customer service department immediately at (905) 798-7656 or email us.
Freight Truck Policy:

Before you accept any Freight products check for damage. Once you sign the paperwork by the truckline freight company you become the legal owner of the product and we can not file a damage claim; you will be responsible for filing a claim. This is a standard by all Trucking Companies and is the standard with all of our competition. If you find the item is damaged. Write damaged on the bill of lading and inform us. We will be happy to handle the claim on your behalf and ship out a new one to you ASAP.
Product Warranties and Returns                                                                       
We warranty all products against defects while being shipped. The purchaser is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product arrives damaged. We will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Log Furniture and more does not assume any responsibility. 
An RMA number is a returned merchandise authorization number issued by Log Furniture and more  . It is the ONLY way to return merchandise. All goods returned to us must be accompanied by an RMA number. Read more about our Warranty here
How to get an RMA number                              
Customer must provide Log Furniture and more with a copy of the original invoice, the reason for return; and comply with the conditions listed below. Customer may call to request an RMA number at (905) 798-7656 or e-mail us at .  An RMA number will be issues based on the following criteria:
Valid manufacturer's warranty is in effect; Item was found defective upon delivery and shipping agent was found not responsible for damage or defect; Customer pays return shipping costs.  
All returned items must be in their original packing.                                                         
All custom work is final and not returnable unless defective workmanship is determined. Defective custom-made items will be repaired, not refunded. Customer is responsible for sizing accuracy and color choices ordered. Returns may be authorized by Log Furniture for credit against future purchases or exchange, but will not be refunded.  
Let me say this one more time - When the furniture is delivered by a freight company the furniture must be inspected and signed for as damaged if there is any damage or even if you think there may be damage.
In most cases it will be just one piece that is damaged and we can send you a replacement part or piece. If the entire order is damaged refuse the shipment. The freight company will return the damaged furniture to us at no cost to you. Give us a call at (905) 798-7656 and inform us of the damage. We will get replacements out to you ASAP. We want you happy and satisfied with your order from us. Please be sure to keep all of your paperwork as we may need copies for the freight claim.
