2 Year Limited Manufacturer's Consumer Warranty

Thank you for purchasing our furniture product. We take pride in offering high-quality and durable furniture that meets your needs and expectations. We are confident that you will enjoy using this furniture product for many years to come.

To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 2-year limited warranty on Canadian-made products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship and guarantees that the product will be free from any defects that affect its functionality or appearance.

Wood Characteristics:
High moisture content in your home will cause the wood to swell. In turn, low humidity will cause the wood to shrink. This is normal for wood and is not considered a defect. Keeping the humidity level at a relative 35%-55% will help minimize these effects. Any product that is not stained and sealed within 14 days of receiving it may swell, shrink, or warp excessively and is not covered under this warranty.

Finish Warranty:
Our finish is warrantied for two years under normal household use against cracking or peeling. Burns, scratches, cuts, watermarks, and sun/light damage are not covered under this warranty. Using detergents, abrasives, or improper cleaning agents may damage the finish and void the warranty.

Natural Wood Variations:
Variations in wood grain and color occur naturally and are not considered defects. Differences between floor model samples or stain samples are also not covered.

Checking:
Checking (small cracks in wood) is normal and does not affect the structural integrity of the furniture. Any structural loss caused by checking within 2 years of receiving is covered under warranty.

Conditions: Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage resulting from wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or any other factors outside of our control as well as any condition resulting form incorrect maintenance or cleaning. Any modifications or alterations made to the product by the customer will also void the warranty.

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue, along with photos of the product in question. We will then arrange for an inspection of the product and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

NOTE: This warranty is not for Commercial uses For any non wood products or products not made in Canada, the warranties are offered by the Manufacturer of that product.

Look for the "Made in Canada" tag on the product page to know that it's covered for 2 years.

We guarantee that your sauna will be delivered exactly as advertised, ensuring it meets your expectations for high-quality wood and luxurious comfort. Log Furniture and More warrants our Saunas for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship under normal/residential use, as applicable, from the date of receipt of the product by the original end-user consumer.

Conditions: This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear and/or natural weather conditions. This warranty does not cover regular required maintenance of the sauna, (eg. Tightening bands on the barrels, cleaning or staining the sauna) refer to your sauna assembly manual for maintenance guidelines. This warranty does not cover misuse or negligence and the manufacturer and associated retailers are not liable for any injury or damage caused by the product. This warranty is a parts only warranty and any service or labor costs would not be considered as part of the warranty.

The buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented. Damage to the product caused by not following the instructions or from improper sauna use, or tampering of the heater will void the warranty. If there are any defects on the sauna heater, where the manufacturer can be blamed, the buyer has the right to demand a replacement or repair of the product. All complaints must happen within the time period of the life of the warranty.

Warranty Terms:

• Warranty applies only to electric heaters that have been used according to the instruction manual
• Warranty does not cover heating elements as they are considered a consumable part
• Warranty does not cover general wear that occurs from normal sauna use

Warranty does not apply when:

• Product has been damaged by carelessness
• Product has not been installed correctly
• Product has been modified or tampered with
