There is an option for an extra fee to have another ladder on the front of the bed. This ladder hooks onto the top rail. The ladder protrudes about 1 foot at the bottom. This ladder can be located at the head or foot of the bed.
Note: On Twin over Queen bunk you should order a TwinXL mattress (Regular Twin will fit as well with a small space).

We have now received our second set of these bunks and they are awesome. We did check a few places and no-one had this quality at this price. We have a cottage but did not want the log look and these are great. The Swiss Chocolate stain is perfect for our kids room. The mattresses you provided were perfect.
