The built in hide-away butterfly extension leaf allows the table length to be set to either 48 or 72 inches. When extended the 1-7/8 inch umbrella hole is accessible, and is fitted with a brass grommet and cap. The lower pole catch increases umbrella pole stability. Natural oils and rubbers in Teak provide superior weather and insect resistance compared to other woods.

Maintenance:
After setting up the teak furniture apply 2 coats of a UV protection clear stain. This should be done yearly to protect the furniture from the elements.
