The Ontario Grand XL SD is a brand new 107 sq ft footprint lofted bunkie with a production turnaround time as quick as 3 to 5 weeks! Limited production run!
This cabin offers the same floorplan as our ever popular Hillgrand XL SD, however features a larger loft window and another 5 sqft of loft space plus deeper side soffits.
The Ontario Grand XL Cabin boasts two levels of spectacular space and makes a great solution for use as a bunkie, studio, home office, glamping cabin or even a commercial space. Its the ideal place to relax or entertain in. You will be certain to build a lifetime of memories inside this welcoming space.

This model features a single door entrance plus two large 34” x 34” double pane glass picture windows with screens on the main floor. There is also another full size 35” x 35” double pane glass picture window in the loft!
The spacious main floor measures an impressive 10.5 x 9.5’ (inside dimension) plus you get a bonus loft measuring 10.5’ x 7.5’ which can accommodate up to a king size bed. The loft is also 7’ tall so you can stand up in it!

We include everything essential for you to create your new cabin structure. The entire kit is neatly packaged on a pallet system that can be shipped anywhere. Everything in the kit is already precision milled to fit together perfectly with minimal fasteners and features our premium double tongue and groove InterStack Log™ wall system with integrated CrossLock Corners™ All of the main parts are also individually ID numbered so it’s easy for you to understand where everything goes when you assemble it.
You can purchase this kit as a DIY project and assemble it yourself. All you will need to provide is a level foundation base and your choice of roof covering material.
